Meet our stellar team of handpicked personal trainers.
They each have a minimum of 1,000 hours of in-session expertise under their belt and hold a minimum Level 3 in CIMPSA or a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree.
Before they even lace up their training shoes for our members, they undergo a rigorous and intense, 4-week More Than Muscle signature training program.

Andy Pilides
Co-Director/Owner
Andy has a Masters in Strength & Conditioning and has written and featured in a host of health and fitness publications that include; The Daily Mail, Men’s Fitness, Women’s Health, The Spectator health, Reader’s Digest & The Huffington Post.
Educationalist
He has put his life’s training and education into practice with our personal trainers, and constantly strives to be at the forefront of the health and fitness industry.
Consultant
A passion for helping people develop, has seen him consult numerous personal trainers in the industry, as well as developing an award winning coaching team.
Nat Pilides
Co-Director/Owner
Nat has a real passion for helping people, and her personality shines through when offering a service that is second-to-none to all of her clients. Nat is also an expert in nutrition – she’s the go-to person to sort out your calorie intake and keep it realistic.
Female support
Nat has an inspirational influence, particularly with our female client base. So if you are looking for a female to lead the way in the weight room, Nat is your woman.
Blending exercises
Nat blends her knowledge of movement, skills and technicalities to enhance the way she coaches and helps members to lose weight, get strong and have fun.
Hatti Fowler
Personal Trainer
Hatti has a strong background in fitness and coaching. Most recently around the rugby field.
Hatti is our GP Referral specialist. With a BSc in Sports Science & experience helping a wide variety of clients get back to their best.
Hatti brings a vibrant energy to every coaching session and her evidence-based approach provides all the knowledge her clients need to reach their goals.
She’s always there for her clients during their PT sessions and throughout the week.
Annabel Civil
Personal Trainer
Annabel is always striving to learn more about all aspects of coaching – encouraging sustainable results by helping clients to achieve their goals while educating them in the process.
Annabel’s own training follows a powerlifting style, focusing on increasing strength and building muscle. She can use her knowledge to help our members lose weight while building strength.
Annabel holds a BSc in sports science and is passionate about helping people understand how to lose weight the healthy way.
Liv Osborne
Personal Trainer
Liv loves to push people past the limits they place on themselves.
She believes in stepping into the uncomfortable to help others realise how capable they really are.
Liv also pushes herself to continuously develop her knowledge, enabling her to support clients with whatever life throws at them.
She is dedicated to giving people back their confidence and educating them, so they become capable and self-assured.
Liv's passion lies in trying new things, especially sports and baking recipes, and in encouraging a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
George Mikhaeil
Head of Operations
George is dynamic individual who embodies the essential principles of More Than Muscle. He's a family man who enjoys running and eating, usually in that order!
George is passionate about health and fitness, and he lives & breathes the culture that founded More Than Muscle. He works with us to make sure we're the best at giving people a place to improve their fitness and health by putting himself in their shoes.
