The Schedule

  • 2 x sessions per week

  • Mon & Wed @ 7pm — ActivZone Gym, Guildford, GU1 1EZ

  • 60 minute sessions

  • Mobility warmup included

Hatti has a strong background in fitness and coaching. Most recently around the rugby field.

Hatti is our GP Referral specialist. With a BSc in Sports Science & experience helping a wide variety of clients get back to their best.

Hatti brings a vibrant energy to every coaching session and her evidence-based approach provides all the knowledge her clients need to reach their goals.

She’s leads our FitClub group sessions & can provide tailored advice & guidance for all our members.

  • Each Fit Club session is 1 hour and includes warm up, strength work, fitness (conditioning) and a cool down/stretch.

  • Yes! Our coach will make sure all exercises are appropriate for all fitness levels. There are always exercise progressions and regressions given as an option.

  • No. If you want to drop by you can. It’s £12 pay as you go.

  • There’s only 10 spots per class.

    This gives you an opportunity to get hands-on coaching tailored to your needs. The Coach can monitor your form closely, provide corrections, and adjust workouts based on how you're feeling that day. We aim to help you perform exercises safely and effectively to get the most out of each session. This personalised attention allows us to provide valuable tips and guidance specific to you and your goals.
